6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

• Rewards or Earnings: Partner companies are solely responsible for paying rewards. We do not guarantee you will receive any rewards

• Partner Actions: We are not responsible for partner companies' actions, failures, or breaches of their terms

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
